広いアパートでL字型の広いバルコニーがあり、メテオラの奇岩が目の前に広がります。交差点（ラウンドアバウト）の角にありますが、通行する車の数はそう多くないので、大丈夫です。特に夜はほとんど通りません。内装や備品は新しくとてもきれいです。
