Terrible
You might book the Mersoy bellavista but they put you in the Mersoy exclusive the staff shove you in the latter . Couldn’t give this a minus 5 Staff rude and arrogant stop here at your own peril . Worst hotel ever

Never again and take your own cutlery
Really bad food was rubbish so eat out icmeler was brilliant but hotel spoilt the holiday ,was beaten by bed bugs and room was really bad the telly didn't work lamp shade ware hanging off the wall went in the lobby…

Hotel from hell
Nice staff but that’s about it. Room was shocking food wasn’t much better. First room door was broken. Second room poo on sheets and rotten fruit on the side more like squat. Also poo on the door of the public toilets.…

The hotel is in perfect location and 5 minutes walk to the beach, staff were friendly and helpful, room and pool were clean. Hope to see you next year.
