I didn’t get to stay here as I had no contact from the property until 1hr before check in.
I tried to call a disconnected number several times. Hotels.com tried to email and contact them on my behalf with no luck.

Booked a 1 bedroom apartment, on arrival we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. The TV wasn't working and we were hoping to watch the Wales game on Sunday morning. Not a problem upgraded to the penthouse. Superb

Nice place, nice location, couple of small issues.
Stayed for work for 5 nights. Slight issue with the room door, which was rectified in a timely manner.

Smelly, broken bed, no tea or coffee
Things didn't bode well when we arrived to a locked door...called the number and we're given a code and told our apartment was unlocked with key inside. That bit was ok I guess but not exactly a check in...
