We had a room that was not really the room we booked. It wasnt really a room 4 walls that doesn't reach the top of the house. Lot of noise in the morning and between rooms.

Rooms are sold when I check in at 4 pm local time.
This is stated at booking.com is a non refundable room if we cancel the room. Why Melody Homestay can cancel and sold our room anytime??

What we’d check for you here
- That the desk is staffed when you land, and that the room is held past cut-off.
- The pet fee and any size limit, which is where these bookings usually come apart.
- Whether there is room for a pickup, a trailer or a van, not just a car.
- Whether the rate moves for your dates, and what it includes.
- What the property actually charges at the desk on top of the rate.
