Pathetic rooms
Although we had booked Pool-facing rooms, we got allotted sub-ground level stinky rooms.

The backside region, next to balcony was stinking like anything because of open gutter.

Off season travellers are not treated well
Hotel did not have any other amenities. Only the room was clean and comfortable. There was no Wi-Fi. The hotel contact number was not working when we tried before reaching the hotel and it was not in working condition…

Worst experience ever!!!!
Ask for an extra pillow or a towel and all you get to hear is a blunt no,
No kindness the staff has..
Rooms were stinky and bathroom just had one soap for the three of us who were staying there.
No hote in the world…
