No ceiling fan in dining hall & kitchen. Only 2 standing fans. No washing machine.

Owner friendly and okay if you want request blanket etc. Last time, the owner provided only 1 blanket, so we need to request for extra blankets.
The bathrooms have smell of cockroaches.

i want to suggest if at living hall and at tv area the owner add standing or wall fan. it will be better.
