Stunning hotel with the most welcoming family running it!
Gorgeous hotel run by the most welcoming and generous family. Made us feel at home the minute we stepped in. No English and cash only but we made do! Very spacious rooms and lovely onsens and lounge area.

We were very disappointed with the up keep of the place. It should not be on listed in Booking.com
The staff as very nice and polite.
80 to 85% 0f all the hallways on the second floor had water damage and had a moldy smell.
We stayed one day and moved out the next day, but they did not credit us for the second…

Very nice old couple, beautiful big house. Somewhat outdated (like, electric appliances from 25 years ago) but conserved all of its charm.
The onsen are nice, both the free public one, and the private one.

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. The public hot-spring bath is available from 15:00 to 10:00. Please note that there are no restaurants, shops, foreign currency exchange machines around the area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
