Too much noise from upstairs and the bathroom was bad and the bed is bad

I did not like nothing for this property.
The mattresses are broken. Impossible to sleep there . So baaaad quality.
We asked for a broom for our 13 nights stay and didn’t bring it .

The floors were very sticky , the fridge was horrible and had the worst smell that filled the room . The panels in the bathroom and room were broken
