I like the unit we stayed in. Perfect for family of 4. Swimming pools are big and beautiful. Spa is cozy and worth it. Staffs are friendly. Chairlift is my favorite.

TheodoreUnited Statesvery pleasant except for cost
the unit and facilities were great but the resort fee not featured in the websites for the place were a bait and switch ploy and should be listed as part of any charges upfront not at the registration desk

DeBruyckerUnited StatesIt was ok. Would not stay at that hotel again. Noisy neighbors too.
Close to activities.
Dingy and had an old feeling to it. Didn’t provide hair dryer, and only a small sample size shampoos etc. No maid service.
JenningsUnited StatesLoved the mountains, not the check in.
We liked the location, the outdoor and indoor pool and restaurant on site.
Longest check in line I've ever seen in my life. Que lines set up, very confusing set up, then after you were checked in you had to go to…
TimUnited StatesBeautiful mountain resort with many entertainment and dining options
Staff at the check in desk was very friendly and informative. Our room was within easy walking distance of the Base Camp restaurant where we enjoyed a nice dinner. After dark they were showing a movie outside at the base…

What we’d check for you here
- How many rooms they will hold at once, for how long, and on what terms.
- That the step-free room is actually free on your dates, and whether it is a roll-in shower or a bath, which the listing never says.
- That the desk is staffed when you land, and that the room is held past cut-off.
- Whether there is room for a pickup, a trailer or a van, not just a car.
- Whether the rate moves for your dates, and what it includes.
- What the property actually charges at the desk on top of the rate.
Questions about Massanutten Resort
What time is check-in and check-out at Massanutten Resort?
Check-in is from 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you're arriving late, tell us and we'll ask the property to hold the room.
Does Massanutten Resort allow pets?
No — the property states that pets are not allowed.
Is there parking at Massanutten Resort?
Yes — the property states that parking on site is free. Whether a space can be reserved in advance varies, so we check it against your dates.
Does Massanutten Resort have a pool?
Yes — a pool is listed among the property's facilities. Seasonal closures are common, so we'll confirm it's open for your dates.
Does Massanutten Resort have Wi-Fi?
Yes — internet access is listed among the property's facilities.
Can I book a block of rooms at Massanutten Resort?
The property lists meeting and banquet space, which usually means it handles group business — but how many rooms it will hold at once, for how long, and at what rate are set case by case and are not in any feed. Tell us the dates and the number of rooms and we'll get those terms from the property in writing before anything is charged.
Does Massanutten Resort have wheelchair accessible rooms?
The property lists step-free or accessible facilities. That flag is the one least able to settle the question: a hotel can carry it and still have a step at the entrance, or a bath rather than a roll-in shower, and it does not say whether the accessible room is free on your dates. Tell us what you need and we'll ask the property directly rather than reading you the flag.
Can I check in late at Massanutten Resort?
The property lists a front desk staffed 24 hours, so a late arrival should be possible. Standard check-in is from 5:00 PM. Rooms are still released after a cut-off at some properties regardless of the desk hours, so tell us your arrival time and we'll have them hold it.
How do I book Massanutten Resort?
Put your dates in above and book online, or call (888) 789-8585 and we'll do it for you — including things a booking form can't handle, like a block of rooms, a monthly rate or an invoice for your employer.
