The inside of the apartment was clean and comfortable, the appliances worked well, and the location is good. It's walkable to many places.

Problem with the main entry system at street level.
The extractor ventilation system in the bathroom/toilet is not working.
This makes the atmosphere in the bathroom quite unpleasant.
