Please be aware that guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult who is 21 or older. Limited free street parking is available on James Street and Mearns Street, 656 feet away, and subject to availability. Please drive to the bottom of Marischal Street and turn left on to Regent Quay. Then take the second left on to James Street, or the third left on to Mearns Street, where guests should find non-restricted parking. Please note that private parking is available with NCP Parking lots. NCP Parking lots and Marischal Apartments are completely separate entities therefore the property cannot accept payment on their behalf, instead guests must pay at the NCP parking lot when leaving.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
