ConstantineHotel is only open 4 months after being closed for 4 years. It could be one of the nicest hotels in Sri Lanka but management need to staff and facilities sorted. Beautiful location and I hope they improve service.

Unfortunately it is let down by massive lack of maintenance and terrible management. Staff tried but were not trained.
