The room was cold even though it was winter. The heating didn't work. The customer service was poor. The maintenance person lived 150 km away and could not come right away, so he finally came the next day.

Property manager helps a lot if you have something to ask. Vegetarian restaurants are across from you apartment so you don't need to cook.
Monte Cassino is wonderful place to live.
