La posizione vicina 10' dai bagni Minerva. Farmacia, bar , pizzerie, paninoteche, chiesa, edicola, panificio, tutto a due passi. Nessun rumore, sei in centro, ma in zona tranquilla.

In un appartamento c'era una leggera puzza di muffa anche se l'appartamento non era umido ed era pulitissimo.

Accogliente, funzionale, piccolina ma con ogni comfort e materiale indispensabile per cucinare. Ampio guardaroba.
Unica pecca: Insonorizzazione. Dai piani di sopra, si sente ogni rumore.
