本來下午兩點即可入住，但因為酒店的疏失，打掃進度嚴重落後，我們直到下午5:30都還不能入住，只能在車上等待服務人員電話通知，這種感覺很不好，而且在匆忙地打掃後，廚房並沒有清潔乾淨，這點希望他們能夠改進。
