The Manager, Elizabeth, went out of her way to help us non-Spanish-speaking visitors. She translated, made helpful suggestions, and was a delight to talk with.

The front desk attendant lied to us. We explained that our flight was delayed. I bought hotel protection. The front desk told us, not to worry. We were later told that we had to check out. So we were CHEATED out of one…
