The fine print
POOL HEATING: Pool heating charge is $35 per day. Pool will only be heated if temps are not going to drop below 45 degrees at night. Pool heater is a heat pump that draws heat out of the air to heat the pool. If there is no or little heat in the air the pool will not heat. Request to heat the pool must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
