2.價格低廉，房間乾淨，床墊直接放木地板，不怕小孩翻下床。
3.離瑞芳車站（後站）步行5分鐘，穿越車站到前站就有美食廣場。
1.自駕停車要走一段路，行李多建議先下行李再去停車。
2.民宿位於二樓，無電梯，空間也比較小，但價位超值。
