Location to beach, town and access to transportation, well known location for drop off and pickup, by taxis, Location was not far from my personal travel plan to visit family and friends.
Outside noise was quiet loud…

Where can I start? It was advertised as wheelchair accessible we could just about get into the lift. The wheelchair could not get into the bathroom so my partner could not get into the bathroom to use the toilet…
