Great location
The room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and well-appointed. Balcony was great place for breakfast and coffee.

Very nice hotel.
Few weaknesses:
No staff in front of the hotel to help with the luggage. This was a surprise. Only inside help.
Very slow to get cappuccinos at breakfast, few fruits, no kiwis even at request.
