They don't clean/service your room unless you ask them to. Saw small cockroaches in our room. Breakfast is ok. Had to ask for a new tv remote. First room they gave us smelled like an ashtray. We quickly got a new one.
EverettThe room smelled and the carpet was worn, soiled and possibly moldy. I would have asked for another room but we had minimal time before our dinner reservation.
