The location and the price. It was available - it was difficult to find somewhere at short notice.
It did look very run down, but I think that is being addressed.
The wet room could benefit from a hook to hang your towel…

The location was convenient.
The building is very old and run down and in need of a complete makeover . The entrance hallway is unattended and we had to phone the number for someone to come us. The host was very pleasant…
