This is a home, the owner lives on the main floor and is kind. The rooms are upstairs - no elevator.
The owner was very kind to make us an early breakfast since our tour started before 8 and breakfast normally begins at 8. THere is a lidl accross the street

Well located for my purposes. Spacious and clean room. A good bathroom and a small fridge which was very welcome!
