Great Apartment. Good location. Right next to UNIC.
It is a little far from the city center (not too far though 10-15 minutes drive). But if you are staying near the University of Nicosia, it is excellent.

Brand new and modern Appartment in a new building; very nice furnished, close to UNIC, full amenities inside. Extra WC for use by “couch guests”. Much appreciated finding 2 cold beers in the freezer.
