前賢TW沒有烘衣機、烤箱、烤麵包機，但提供的設備寫有，與事實不符。提供早餐的部份先確認屋主提供的是否能接受度較佳，因為比較像是點心，跟認知的早餐相距甚遠。
設備部份與事實不符，booking上面有烘衣機，入住後沒有，詢問屋主，屋主說烘衣機太吵，改成曬衣架，但曬衣架十分簡陋，因為屋外蚊子超多，根本不適合晾在陽台，光是去陽台拿髒髒的曬衣架，蚊子就飛進來很多隻。而且沒有烘衣機應該要從booking 的設備部份撤下，當初我們就是因為有烘衣機才訂房的，入住之後沒有，產生非常大的不方便。
另外，烤箱、烤麵包機這些都沒有。
提供早餐的部份可能也…
