房間很乾淨，空間很大，有廚房、客廳、臥室、玄關，很溫馨可愛。
設備齊全，有咖啡機，浴室有洗衣機跟烘衣機，但洗衣精要自己準備。
離市區有點距離，但走路三分鐘就是公車站牌，公車班次很多算是交通很方便。
房東住樓上，因木造房子加上有小孩有時會有腳步聲，但房東入住當天就有說明，且晚上大概10點後就很安靜，不算大問題。
weiChina房东人很友好，入住时会详细介绍和交代细节，回复消息和解决问题都很及时，房子干净整洁，安静，位置好出行方便几分钟路程有公交车站，如果有停车需要交给房东停车费。
