Super lokalita, dobrá komunikácia s vlastníkom.
Rozpadnutý mechanizmus rozkladania gauča. Obliečky čisté ale na plachtách boli menšie fľaky. Okná netesnia 100% a chýbajú žalúzie na spodnej polovici balkonových dverí.

Vyborna lokalita, vsade blizko a vyhlad priamo na zamok bol mile prekvapenie. Byt je dobre zariadeny, nic nam nechybalo.
