We never had cleaning in the apartment altough it was part of the conditions. After mentioning this to the owners, we never received an explanation nor answer.

The pool
A lot of bugs inside of room. Floor was caving in . Spots and stains on every wall throughout apartment. Did not actually come with daily cleaning services, which they say is included in stay. Mold on shower…

Cockroach’s are running everywhere. They’re on the couches under the beds. Water flooded in The shower. Never went down. Horrible conditions moldy.
