Местоположение топ, есть вид на холмик и Арарат)
Хозяин приветливый, живет рядом в пешей доступности, все рассказал и показал.
Было бы славно, если бы были: чай, сахар, кофе, шампунь, гель для душа, зубная паста.

Хороший вариант.
Уютная большая квартира с высокими потолками.
Достаточно близко метро и Каскад.
Доброжелательный хозяин.
Для людей высокого роста кровати могут быть маловаты. Балкон хотелось бы освежить.
