Квартира комфортна та чиста. Власник постійно був на звʼязку і допомагав з порадами куди піти і де поїсти☺️. Дуже сподобалось,що квартира знаходиться на другому поверсі у типовому ,старенькому будинку. Я не люблю…

Апартаменти в самому центрі, недалеко від Оперного театру. Чудове розташування. Квартира чиста, є все необхідне. Усі вікна виходять у двір, тому дуже тихо.
Під'їзд старий із поломаними перилами.
