המקום נקי, קקוב מאוד לקניון ויחד עם זאת הסביבה/ רחוב שכונה שקטות מאוד, יש סופר גדול במרחק 50 מטרים מהדירה, נוח מאוד פתוח עד 21:30, המקום מרווח שני חדרי שינה וציוד לשינה גם בסלון. בקיצור מושלם!!!
