הדירה עצמה מאוד נוחה ונקיה. המטבח כמו שצריך, עם מקרר, כיריים. שירותים ומקלחת טובים.
קרוב לבית הכנסת אור החיים - מצוין לתפילות. יש מכולת ממש ליד.
בנין ישן, תאורה בחדר מדרגות לא קיימת מלבד המנורה שדולקת מעל הדלת של הדירה…

הדירה מאובזרת בדיוק כמו שצריך עם מגבות, מצעים, כלים לבישול ולאכילה, תנור חזק ומקרר גדול. בקיצור - מושלם לטווח ארוך בעיקר ביחס למחיר.
וכמובן תודה רבה ליניב בעל הדירה על המענה המהיר והעזרה בכל שאלה ובקשה שהיו לנו.
