למצעים היה ריח טוב והמיטה הייתה נוחה יחסית.
הדירה נמצאת בבניין ישן מאוד ומוזנח,
הדירה עצמה צריכה שיפוץ בדחיפות,
המון סימני רטיבות על הקירות וכתמים שצריכים צביעה.
