BenExcellent view of the Caldera. Rooms were ok. Had a rat in our room that started nibbling our snacks. No help bringing our luggage to the room and out of the room.

CatherineBeautiful location but make sure the pool is fixed before you book. Total disappointment to not have a pool when every hotel in the area has a pool. We were never told and everyone was upset about it too.
