Redovno mijenjanje posteljine i lako dogovaranje i komunikacija sa vlasnikom objekta.
Blizina sadržaja i sve je na nekoj manjoj udaljenosti pogodnoj za šetanje.
Nedostatak namještaja u kupaonici, ne bi bilo loše obnoviti…
