They didn't arrange an early check in even after request & then misplaced my luggage which was took hours to find which made me late for my business meetings, not were there any towels in the bathroom

Good view but poorly kept and untrained staff.
The location and view was great. However the staff in cafe, housekeeping,etc lacked understanding probably from poor training. The check in experience was horrible as we were assigned room which had not been cleaned yet…
