宿泊費が安い。個室のシングルスモールでしたが寝るだけ1泊なら問題なく部屋は鍵付きで壁と扉で周囲は見えない造り。ただクーラー操作は部屋にないので（クーラーもなし）暑い感じでした。スタッフさんがクーラーを一括操作しているのかな？でも館内は冷えているので部屋も冷気は流れて涼しさは感じます。真夏は暑くないかな？あとベランダに洗面所があるのでバシャバシャ使うとベランダから下に水滴が飛び散…

立地がよい。1階には24時間営業のそば屋があり、近くに遅くまで空いているドラッグイレブン、ドンキホーテ、朝から営業しているスタバなど便利は良い。
不潔。
風呂や水場が掃除されていない。風呂にはキミドリ色の足拭きがあるが真っ黒。ドライヤーは小さいもの1台を宿泊者で共有。冷風しか出ないので女性には不便。共有の冷蔵庫は臭い。
