連絡しても全く返信もなく、電話もつながらない。長野市に到着したら用事があったので、荷物を預けたかったが二度にわたるメールには返信がなく、電話もチェックインができる16時までは自動音声のみで繋がらない。
翌日も荷物を預けて、時間を潰したかったが、荷物置き場の案内もなく、フロントも無人で、仕方なくコイン…
