it is ok to stay here as mentioned on my survey
There is no free breakfast, but the location is just too good it is located almost center of the city and going to malls is just a walking distance
The comfort room door is misaligned and cannot be totally locked

If you want a place that is in the heart of the city without spending too much but still want a comfortable experience,
What I like about the property is that it is very accessible to center places such as SM Gensan and Gaisano Mall (both 5-10 mins walk) and the rooms are spacious + with outlets everywhere.
The shower was our only problem…

in a way, good value for money if one wants just a place to sleep
the staff and owner were excellent hosts and very hospitable.
the 30m2 room with double bed was spacious, clean, with hot water and wifi. it has its own canteen where one can buy food.
