Hotel, and the room was very clean.
Unfortunately, the mattress was extremely soft and you would sink into it.
Apart from that, everything was great.

The bath was lovely
No mention of being above a strip club, rooms are not sound proof as all the men staying in the hotel argued in the halls the entire night then were shouting outside for hours. I got one hour sleep…
