Car parking space is a bit of a walk up a hill from property (but it's a good sized parking space and we were greatful it was there)

Great value, clean and excellent location
The convenience and coziness
The lighting. The downlights could be swapped for warm white and mains dimmable.
Also the sensor on the bin didn’t work and needs replacing.
