Binnen ok, omgeving zeer matig.
De omgeving waarin het huis staat. Drukke straat. De buren die een plakaat op de deur geplakt hebben dat je niet voor hun deur maagin en uitladen. Het feit datparkeren in de buurt niet gemakkelijk is.
