The location was good...close to wharf and the few shops. The LJ Hooker lady (Nicole) was very nice

Very quirky and like staying at great aunt Wendy’s shack , very quiet area with not much to do if the weather is bad .
Dog friendly and boat parking
Bring your own linen , and then vacuum and mop ,wipe and clean everything remove garbage as per signs on walls( as well as a $100 cleaning fee mentioned in invoice)
