Lovely old building with lots of character. This does mean uneven floors and there are stairs up and down to get across even floor so not great if you have mobility issues, but it is also part of the charm.

Please note that dinner needs to be booked directly with the hotel as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, This is essential in the month of December when the hotel will not be able to accommodate residents for dinner without a prior reservation. Please note that no dinner will be served on New Year's Eve. There is limited free parking on site. Public parking is also available across the road and charges may be applicable. The hotel does not have any ground floor rooms; all rooms are accessed via a spiral staircase, and there is no elevator. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning throughout the hotel. However fans are provided in all the rooms. A deposit may be required at the property.
