Geräumige, neu ausgestattete Wohnung. Auch bei starker Hitze war die Wohmung kühl. Schnelle Verbindung ins Zentrum mit der Straßenbahn. Als die Kaffeemaschine ausfiel wurde umgehend eine Ersatzmaschine gestellt.

Sie war sehr geräumig, die Nachbarschaft war auch sehr freundlich und es gibt auf dem Hof einen kleinen Spielplatz.
