Verified traveler比較的清潔感のあるホテルでスタッフの方々はとても親切でした。SIMカードを替えたいと伝えたら安全ピンをくれました。部屋にトイレットペーパーや石鹸はなく、蚊がたくさんいました。シャワーが出ず対応してもらいましたが結局お湯は出ませんでした。

Verified travelerThis property is not too far from the airport which is why we were there. We arrived late and the staff greeted us with juice and were so friendly. A nice introduction to Sri Lanka!
FeriskaOrdinary stay, room was bigger but not clean, no blanket, no water drinking (which just give to us in the next morning), view lagoon was nice in the morning.

エクスペディアがこういうホテルの対応を許しているのか、非常に不満である。ニゴンボは小さな町なのでホテル位置は翌日、把握できたが、大きな町で夜到着でいきなりほかのホテルへ連れていかれたら翌日の予定がすべて狂いかねない。
エクスペディアとして責任はないのだろうか？回答を求めたい。
