2. 屋主主動聯繫，態度親切。
整體來說不錯，但仍有一些小缺點。
1.民宿位於麟洛，相較屏東市來說並沒有那麼方便；房價比屏東市稍貴一些，但並沒有感受到價差帶來的價值差異。
2.房間較小，且牆壁顏色暗、物品多，感覺有點壓抑。
3.有停車位，但民宿位於小巷內且車庫裡已有一台車，對停車技術不好的旅客可能沒有想像中方便。
4.早餐是晨間廚房兌換券，無甚特色，個人比較希望能直接折抵金額。
MEIYINGTW提供早餐劵，自行前往早餐店用餐，早餐店距離民宿走路要10-15分鐘
