Предоставлять возможность поситателям ходить босиком/в носках, без переобувания в "общие" тапочки.
Чисто. Удобное расположение. Приветливая хозяйка.
Необходимость переобуваться в тапочки, которые одевали другие люди (это не гигиенично). Поломан светильник возле кровати, без света очень неудобно.
