The capsules are surprisingly nice. The mattresses are comfortable and there was even enough space to sit up and move around. The dorm was cleaned every single day.
It can get hot in the capsules if you don't have a fan.

Alan, the owner, went out of his way to accommodate anything I needed. The electrolit that they sell in the lobby got me through my time there. The restaurant is also affordable and delicious.
