I feel obligated to contradict the prior review regarding the following: there WAS hot water, and while there are certainly homeless in the neighborhood (and I have experience with homeless folks in Seattle) there were…

We had no hot water, 1 pillow each, two twin beds joined together formed the queen size, and a large homeless population camped right outside the property. Overall terrible experience .
